As the Özaltın Holding, we engage in initiatives with our colleagues with special needs in our hotels, aligning with the perspective initiated by our founder, the late Nuri Özaltın, emphasizing the value of uniqueness and the importance of preserving and cherishing it.

We support our employees to ensure they lead enjoyable, productive, and independent lives, emphasizing the significance of integrating with society and professional life.

In connection with this project, we were invited as speakers to the "Equal Access to Career Panel," a joint event organized by the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) and Antalya İŞKUR.
